Instagram doesn't show you who unfollowed you or who never followed you back in the first place. Can I see who unfollowed me?
Yes. Upload two exports from different dates to the unfollowers tracker and it lists every account that followed you in the older export but not the newer one. That comparison is free.
Does it work for Threads and TikTok?
Yes. Threads exports come from the same Accounts Centre (pick your Threads profile), and TikTok's Download your data gives you a user_data_tiktok.json file. Both work the same way: upload, compare in your browser, see who doesn't follow you back.
